Our quoted delivery covers Cape Town to Windhoek. From there, the transfer to your own town is arranged with you and paid by you directly. We tell you this before you pay, never after. We can help arrange that final leg, but it is not included in the quoted price.

Where do you buy from?
Cape Town and the surrounding Western Cape. Our person on the ground is based in Cape Town, so that is where we source, buy and collect from.
Where do you deliver to?
Our quoted delivery covers Cape Town to Windhoek. From Windhoek, the transfer to your own town is arranged with you and paid by you directly. We tell you this before you pay, never after, and we can help arrange that final leg if you need — but it is not included in the quoted price.
How long does it take?
Quotes usually come back within 24 to 48 hours. Once you approve and pay, most orders reach Namibia within 3 to 7 working days depending on the route and the supplier's stock.
How do you charge?
You pay the supplier price, the transport cost and a clearly stated service fee. Everything is shown on the quote before you approve — no hidden mark-ups.
What about payment?
Payment is made up front against an approved quote via bank transfer (NAD or ZAR). Nothing is purchased before you approve.
What can't you help with?
Anything illegal, restricted or requiring special import permits we cannot arrange (firearms, live animals, hazardous goods, medication).
